Using Executive Function framework, A-D Directed uses a productivity focused approach to support not only the individuals, but also those around them by enhancing the strengths and mitigating the challenges that many of us experience on a daily basis.
It is our main goal at A-D Directed to bring to the fore the skills and strength that is underlying us all, and removing the barriers that hinder us.
Our founder is an experienced support worker, qualified Youth Justice Effective Practitioner, Accredited Executive Function Coach and an endorsed facilitator of QB Diagnostic assessments. He has also worked in corporate environments leading and supporting individuals in executive positions. Our clients and experience range from high-functioning individuals trying to improve their efficiency and state of mind, to individuals who have been unable to complete daily care tasks. Whether its getting back into the office, or supporting an employee with struggles, we are a professional and bespoke service ready to support.
