We are involved ibn the development of an incredible initiative where high functioning lucrative career pathways will be made available to those who have the skills and also have proven themselves in a rehabilitative context.
We are developing a programme that will see invested companies and organisations work together with rehabilitation organisations to create a groundbreakingly initiative that has the power the radically change the perception of what our reformed populations have to offer the world outside of the traditional sectors such as domestic services and manual labour.
We are now technologically literate from ages of 4 in terms of use of technology and understanding same processes. This fluency with tech has developed in the criminal activities of those who offend also, with fraud, hacking, and a range of other crimes being committed by individuals and groups who would have traditionally been limited to the sale of drugs or other financially gainful crimes such as robbery/burglary/theft etc.
Whilst all these acts must rightly be brought to justice and the individual repay their social debt through the decisions of the judicial system, those skills are valuable both to the society and to the potential positive outcomes of the individual themselves. This is why we are actively developing a solution and useful outlet for these skills.
